Ingredients:
- 1 cup (8 ounces) creamed cottage cheese or cream cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom, cream of celery, or cream of onion soup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Blend ingredients until smooth in blender, food processor or mixer. Makes about 2 cups.
