Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

This tasty chicken curry mixture is cooked in the slow cooker and served with hot cooked rice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, boned and diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • hot cooked rice

Preparation:

Place chicken in crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours. Serve over hot rice.
