Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) sliced dried beef, diced
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
Preparation:
Combine cream cheese and milk in greased Crock Pot. Cover and cook on LOW until cheese is melted, about 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir thoroughly. Cover and heat 30 minutes, or until heated through.Serve hot with crackers or bread pieces.
