Ingredients:
- 1 pound red beans, soaked overnight, cooked in water until tender, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 lb. cubed ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In crockpot, combine all ingredients, cover with fresh water. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.Serve over a bed of rice, with a tossed salad and French bread.
