Hot Chicken and Macaroni Salad

This is a baked chicken and macaroni salad recipe.

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macaroni (8 ounces)
  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Preparation:

Cook and drain macaroni. Combine all ingredients; spoon into buttered casserole or 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
