Ingredients:
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation:
Combine soup and water; stir to blend well. Stir in sour cream. Shape ground beef into 12 thin patties. Brown burgers in a heavy skillet. Put 2 patties together with some of the sour cream mixture. Serve on toasted buns, topped with more sour cream mixture, if desired.Serves 6
