Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 1/4 cups whole kernel corn, yellow
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons sweet green bell pepper
Preparation:
Combine the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and turmeric in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the corn, onion, and bell pepper; cook for 4 minutes. Serve hot or cold.Makes 1 1/4 cups of corn relish.
